Recreational

The recreational program is perfect for anyone starting out on skis, or looking to meet fellow skiers on the tracks. Practices are a great way to ski with a group at your own pace and participate in fun team activities throughout the year. McGill Nordic also invites all skiers to participate in citizens races throughout the winter, such as the Gatineau Loppet or the Jackrabbit Classic. Weekend training camps are also offered throughout the year.

Learn to Ski workshops will be held throughout the winter season for beginners, and ski gear may be available for rental.

Competitive

For those looking for more intensity, the competitive program offers daily training throughout the school year. The team races with the USCSA (United States Collegiate Ski Association) every weekend throughout the Winter semester.

HOW TO REGISTER

Once logged in with your McGill credentials, click Memberships/Classes > Sport Clubs, and find McGill Nordic Ski Team in the list, you can select Recreational or Competitive. Click 'Add to Cart' and proceed with payment.
